  Quality, Value My overall experience is very good for two townhouses development project in Wheelers Hill. VK HOMES uses good quality materials in their standard package. The quality of the homes this custom builder creates is good. I searched many builders and honestly the Best custom builder for the money. Any concerns or queries were responded by email and the personal interest he took in us, translated into a house that felt like a home as soon as we stepped through the door. I would recommend VK homes to others.

  We are very happy with our experience with the team VK HOMES and have just recently taken possession of our new house. The build started efficiently and finished on the exact date of completion in the contract. Not being located close by, we were provided with photos and updates regularly. Workmanship has been of a very high standard and the site was kept very clean and tidy. The project was completed right on budget, with no nasty surprises. We have no hesitation in recommending VK HOMES
