  We worked with Luke and New Build Co on designing and building our first home and could not be happier with the process so far. Luke was punctual and prepared when meeting us at the vacant land on our first meet, showed us multiple locations and the possibilty of what could be. He was very helpful and informative during the design process, willing to take all my weird ideas to the draftsmen and fight for my wants in the home. And then during the build stage, checked in constantly to make sure we were happy and if we had anymore questions. Always answering my calls and just genuinely a nice guy, I would definitely work with Luke and NBC on our next build. Thanks so much for helping my design dreams come true.

  Couldn’t recommend these guy more. If you have the pleasure of working with Luke and Matt, just know you’re in good hands. The amount of knowledge and information these guys have will be paramount for your future house goals. Never did i feel locked in and obligated to give them my money. The discussion of money only came up after weeks of hard work poured in by the team re design layout and planning. During all this time i was free to walk away. The team was transparent about everything and would frequently check in to let you know of the status to pending things such as permits. Working with them felt like an education, the teams goal was not only to design and implement all the things required to build your house but to empower you with the right information to make decisions for yourself - which is saying a lot given the scrutiny the building industry is in. The team was always reachable and went above and beyond to help me - not only in the planning phase but even after my project was given to a trusted building company, they ensured that they advocated for me. It was a pleasure working with the team.
