Big thanks to Colin & JD who addressed my subsidence problem today. Professional, friendly and very efficient. Kept me in the loop at all times. I am very happy with the results. 5 Star performance guys. After a decade of subsidence issues, I am feeling confident that I can finally finish my house renovations now. Really appreciate Sam restoring the disturbed brick pavers, especially at the end of a long hot day. Thanks Michael for returning so promptly to rectify a small plumbing issue. We recently engaged Buildfix to rectify subsidence at our property. The team Alberto, Jon, and Sam did an outstanding job from start to finish. They arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and worked with precision and professionalism throughout. Luch and Colin came and did a resin re-levelling for us last year and the results were fantastic. They were on time, very courteous and helpful and explained every step of the process. Within half a day they were done and we are very pleased with the results. Would not hesitate to recommend Buildfix in the future.

I've recently had the pleasure of observing Sam, Alberto, Luciano and Colin working at my home whilst they stabilised and lifted the foundations of my house over three days. I was pleasantly surprised at their promptness, politeness and professional attitude to the job. They all 4 reminded me of tradesmen from the 60s and 70s in that they where diligent, experienced and enjoyed doing their job. Sam impressed me with his knowledge, educating and informing me of their process and progress, while overseeing the operation and being hands on, on the tools. Buildfix should be very proud of their teams. I'll also thank Matt who quoted my job and was just as professional as his crews, and always available on the phone when I needed help. I will have no hesitation in recommending Buildfix to anyone I know has a similar problem and will tell many about the time I finally got to see genuine tradesmen at work.
