  We met Dany, Mark and the Prem Built team when they renovated a neighbouring property which required extensive work from our side of the boundary. They were courteous, communicative and their work was of a high standard, which made the choice of builder straightforward when it was time to renovate our property. The work on our house consisted of largely re-building a double fronted 1890’s weatherboard home in Port Melbourne, which included a heritage overlay. The work was carried out professionally and to the (detailed) design documentation. All unforeseen circumstances (and there were many given the age of the property) were resolved with excellent communication and consideration of our objectives for the project. We couldn’t be more pleased with the results and would recommend Prem Built without reservation. We will not hesitate to engage Mark, Dany and the team to undertake future work for us.

  We were assessing a house which required work upon purchase. Dani from Pre-built performed a thorough building inspection, and provided a detailed breakdown of what renovation options we had should we purchase the property. Throughout the process, Dani was punctual professional and great to deal with. Including answering many follow up questions and walking us through the reports which he had provided. In particular, the analysis of how much potential work would cost, with detailed breakdown was very helpful when assessing the house purchase or not. Thanks to Dani and the team!
