It took a while in the making due to paperwork / permits, etc which was frustrating, so ensure you prepare yourself and be patient. Once the permits came through, the team are super quick, and the finished product looks great and very clean. Lots of compliments from many people and various tardies about the work and the quality. We needed some remedial work done on the verandah, which was all fixed up post a severe weather event. It did take some time for it to be remedied which was a little annoying, however all sorted and better than before. Overall, both my wife and I are really happy with the finished product and quality of workmanship. The build is right up there, and the cost is discounted particularly compared to many other companies. No doubt the team are super busy noting above, and may be a bit stretched, so be prepared to be patient, as good things come to those that wait. I would recommend Discounted Patios to others and would use them again. Oh yeah, a couple of little things that made the difference. Michael the registered builder coming out from day dot and assessing the site, rather than a pushy salesperson made me feel that I am in safe hands. The discounted price thereafter was simply a bonus. Aaron also assisted with the carport build and the remedial works for the verandah. If the admin side was quicker, it would have been perfect. Overall, 9/10, and exceedingly happy 12/10 with finished product.

We finally have the carport and patio we wanted. The installation team is very neat and tidy. Trudy and Amanda provide excellent customer support and communication. A special thanks to Michael, who really consider the overall appearance of the patio and made it blend in with our house beautifully. Although some unexpected issues came up, the team showed great responsibility and ensured the problems would be resolved. They are truly people you can trust.

I would definitely recommend Discounted Patios. Garry came out and in the quoting process made sure I understood what was possible V what I wanted - and he did that without talking down to me (greatly appreciated!). Tim and Johnny came and put my pergola up in a very cheery and efficient manner - and left it spotlessly clean. To the girls in the office I didn't catch your names but the paperwork came through promptly and you answered my questions when and as needed. And my neighbours, family and friends are all very impressed with my new pergola.

We engaged Discounted Patios to demolish an old rotting wooden carport and install a new colourbond carport. Right from the start, discounted patios were timely, prompt and highly responsive. Gary initially came out and gave us a no pressure quote, and also took the time to discuss our needs and answer our questions. After we signed our contract, the projects team (Trudy and Kathy) helped us organise all the permits, engineers and materials that were needed - they were friendly, answered questions promptly and never left us hanging. They were also able to help us navigate some complexities with the permit that we applied for (we needed an additional planning permit) quickly and professionally, Once everything was approved, the building team came out and were very careful in their approach to demolishing our existing carport, and building the new one. They we're friendly, helpful and had a good eye for detail, so much so that they picked up some issues with the powder coating on some of the materials, and organised to have this sent back for remediation because they said "I wouldn't accept this at my house, so neither should you". Even though it threw out their schedule, they chose quality and precision over speed which we really appreciate. At final inspection by the building inspector, a very minor issue was found (non-structural). Even though I had made final payment prior to inspection, the team at Discounted Patios took action immediately to remedy the situation so I could get my CoFI. Its this service that really sets them apart and shows how much they care about their customers and the quality of the work they deliver. I'd happily use Discounted Patios for other projects that we might have in the future.

Discounted Patios built my pergola for my spa area. They were super easy to deal with, always on time, and showed up when they said they would. Project was completed in the expected time frame and within budget. Very happy with the finished product. I got a couple quotes, discounted Patios was a better price and provided more information at the time of quoting. I would not hesitate in using this company again.
