My Bathroom

Last month Carl and is team completed the renovation of a bathroom, powder room, bathroom/laundry and kitchen in our investment apartment. At the initial site visit Carl quickly grasped what we were aiming to achieve with our apartment refit and delivered the completed job on time and to a premium level of perfection. What elevates Carl to being more that just "the average" is his professionalism , keen desire to achieve the very best result and his attention to detail. Carl coordinated his remit to fit in with other work being done in the apartment, and maintained an outstanding level of communication with me throughout with messages, videos and calls through WhatsApp. I was overseas for the entire period of the works, so it was reassuring to be kept informed as the job progressed. Carl provided sound advice, quality workmanship and an ability to problem solve when adjustments were required. Carl and his team did a fantastic job of remodelling my bathroom plus some smaller jobs throughout my apartment. Carl took care of everything and made it a stress free remodel. It was quite a complex job as we needed to remove internal structural walls, which required a building permit. Carl has lots of experience with structural work and building permits, which made the process much easier. Carl had lots of good ideas about the design. He was also very organised so when he and his team started work, the job was finished very quickly. He kept me updated throughout the process with a phone call each day to let me know what was completed that day and plans for the next day plus he would send through photos. Carl was very neat and made sure to thoroughly clean the site before finishing up. Carl was an absolute pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him to anyone considering a bathroom remodel. I’d definitely use him for future work.

Carl was fantastic to work with and is exactly who you want if you’re renovating without much experience. I was recommended to him by a friend who had her bathroom renovated by Carl. He communicated regularly and clearly through the quote and design process which gave me the confidence to take the plunge. Carl arranged for me to see an Interior Designer prior to commencing works on the new kitchen, 2½ bathrooms and laundry. Progress on the renovation itself was swift and when there were changes to the timeline/plans/products again communication was great, and I felt included and informed.
