DAME BUILD

We cannot speak highly enough of the team at DAME. DAME undertook a fitout of a medical consulting room. From the design phase to delivery DAME were communicative - provided sound design advice whilst fully accommodating and building upon our concept (shout out to Carla here). DAME also worked with us to accommodate our budget without having to compromise the product. DAME were also quick to execute from engagement to design to delivery. The Project Manager Matt kept us constantly up to date with progress and delivered exactly according to programme. Matt and the Operations Manager Sarah also worked with the Hospital's Property Manager to ensure compliance during the build; whilst also programming key activities outside of core hours to minimise disruption to patients. Thankyou to Aba, Carla, Sarah, Matt and the DAME team for your timely and well executed project. We would definitely seek DAME's assistance in the future should we undertake a further renovation (whether its a medical consulting suite or private residence) Note: Below are photos of the room pre and a video of post. The post product is with the Herringbone Floor Board. The carpet was pre. The entire fitout was completed in less than a week.

So happy with the work DAME Built did for us! They fixed up our dodgy second-story balcony and just handled everything from start to finish. Super professional but also really easy to deal with. Their communication was brilliant – the team kept us in the loop the whole time, so we never had to wonder what was going on. And they got it all done in a week, which was amazing. The guys on the tools were legends; they really knew their stuff and even came up with some great design ideas that didn't blow the budget. The price was fair and they left the place spotless. Honestly can't recommend them enough! Thank you to the whole team!!! This was a job I kept on putting off and you made the whole thing so simple.

Renovating a terrace house is not for the faint hearted. Thank goodness we had Aba and his team from DMA to guide us and manage the renovation process. We ran into all sorts of problems and Aba always had a workable solution. From the disappointment of not being able to keep our baltic pine floors (the subframe was barely keepin the boards in place and unsalvageable). We reverted to Plan B, which was new subfloor and tasie oak boards. As you can see from the pics our new floor looks amazing. DMA also installed our kitchen and had to do some workarounds when parts of cabinetry weren’t delivered or were the wrong sizes. He took away all the stress and made it all work. Our new kitchen looks great. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending DMA and Aba to project manage your renovation, and his experienced team of tradies to complete any reno job, big or small. Aba was always available to talk to and a great communicator. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Aba and the team.
