We had the most amazing experience with Supa Group. They helped make our dreams come true by building a beautiful second story with bedrooms, a bathroom and a play area for our children. From day one, their communication, care and thoughtful approach made the whole process feel seamless, which is rare to find in a build like this. They handled everything from planning and permits to contracts and construction so professionally, and the project was completed ahead of schedule. We truly love our home and are grateful every day when we look up and see the beautiful second story they built. The team were always willing to assist with minor repairs and have been incredibly supportive even after completion. Their level of service, craftsmanship and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. A huge thank you especially to Neil, Blake and Mandi for all their assistance throughout the build. We recently completed a modern single-story extension on our 1940s art deco home in Elsternwick and we couldn't be happier with our decision to engage Supa Group! Supa Group came recommended to us. We had met with a few design-and-build companies but were impressed by our initial meeting with our designer, Ray. He was friendly, attentive, collaborative and non-salesy. He listened to, and understood what we were after, was patient throughout the design process and provided a cost estimate within our budget, which proved to accurate from that initial visit. ​Our construction manager, Michael and building supervisor, Jason were exactly what you want for a project like this - efficient, honest and experienced. They were proactive, communicative and responsive. They always seemed to have full control of the project and trades and managed any issues with little fuss. They also worked collaboratively with the cabinetmaker that we had arranged ourselves. We lived in the house during the build and Supa Group were very respectful of our family. This also gave us the opportunity to see how important these roles are. Good project management is key! All of the trades we found to be of great quality and friendly. They were respectful of us in the space and had good relationships with Michael & Jason. Many of them also spoke highly of Supa Group. The office team were friendly and efficient with the admin and paperwork and helped things move as quickly as we'd hoped. They also continued to check in with us throughout the whole process, as did the Directors, Neil & Matt. We went into this renovation experience with our eyes wide open expecting a lot of issues, delays and stress, particularly living in the house during the project. However, we were very impressed with every stage of our renovation with Supa Group. Our project was completed within 10 months of our initial consultation. Within that, the demolition and build stages were completed within 5 months and ahead of schedule. Throughout the process Supa Group were professional, experienced, efficient, friendly and honest. We always felt looked after and felt that decisions were made to our benefit when issues arose. They also proactively provided credits from savings or efficiencies they achieved. The team at Supa Group have continued to check in post our renovation to ensure any maintenance work has been completed, and to see if there is anything else that has come up that they need to address. We are so pleased with the results of our renovation. We highly recommend Supa Group for renovation and extension work. They have been a dream to work with.

Thanks Supa Group for helping us renovate our old home. It has been a journey for us and thanks for helping us arrive at this destination on time, in fact, earlier than what was envisaged. We are happy at how the house has been renovated. It has retained all its unique characteristics yet is new and fresh. We are looking forward to living in that home. When we started our research in January, we did not know anything about Supa Group except for what we saw on their website. However, from the moment I first talked to Neil early in January and then John W, we were very impressed. We felt that we were listened to and understood by both of them. Since then it has been a very highly professional yet personal service. One of the key aspects of Supa Group that we admire and respect the most is their communication. It has always been clear and sound. Special thanks to Grant, our Site Manager, who is simply the best. The clarity that Grant brought to our project and the effective and efficient ways in which he communicated on a regular basis and the polite and humble demeanour are greatly appreciated. Extremely happy with the second storey extension to our villa unit that Supa Group did! We were so impressed that Supa Group finished 78 days ahead of contract. Also found their communication to be excellent throughout the planning process and the actual build. There were no significant variations on the original quote. We also appreciated that the quote we received was very detailed (so no surprises later on). Would very much recommend to anyone looking to do an extension!

Supa Group were fantastic - right from the first visit from Joe. He was well prepared and designed a great extension and renovation of the existing house. Our input and ideas were all accommodated. Braidon did an excellent job getting all the work happening - despite roadworks, Covid-19 (including the loooong lock-down) and us living in the house with 2 kids and a dog. No request was too much hassle and we never felt like we were just 'another job'. The tradies were professional and polite. The communication with the office was always professional and friendly. If we were to renovate again we'd use Supa Goup. That said, we don't want to renovate again, we're staying right here!
