Tony Taouk and his crew needed to use the balcony of the flat I'm renting to access the roof of our building to do some repairs over several days. I don't know and therefore can't speak to the precise nature of the work or how successfully it was completed, as it didn't affect my flat directly. I can attest, however, that Tony and all of the various crew members were extremely courteous, respectful of the space, and very personable in their interactions with me. They tried their best to minimize disruptions to my routine and to communicate their work schedule to me in advance.

Lacen Belder used my apartment as a project office during a large repair to the entire complex. The apartment was refurbished, repaired, repainted and recarpeted as part of the arrangement. All their agreed obligations were fulfilled or exceeded. They were keen to make sure I knew my flat was being well cared for during that time. Their communication was regular, professional and focussed on my needs. I would recommend this arrangement with Lacen Belder to anyone.

I just wanted to pass on some positive feedback about Bobby, who attended today to clear the debris and collect two bollards and a hazard sign. Bobby was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He arrived on time and quickly assessed the situation, realising he would need two large ladders to safely access the area as he was working on his own. He went back to his ute to retrieve them and also moved several potted plants to create enough space to work. The area is extremely awkward with no direct access, which meant he needed a ladder on each side of the barrier (approximately 180cm high). Despite the difficult setup, Bobby managed the task safely and efficiently. He cleared five dry wall panels on his own and then took the time to thoroughly clean the area with a broom. I should mention that in the eight years I’ve been here, that space has never been cleaned and had accumulated quite a lot of small debris. Bobby actually left the area in better condition than when he arrived. He was friendly, respectful, and very professional throughout the job. It’s not often you come across such a courteous and hardworking tradesperson — he is a real credit to himself.

Our Owner’s Corporation engaged Lacen Belder for the cladding replacement project in Brunswick. The entire team was friendly and easy to work with, ensuring minimal disruption within the building. Most importantly, the project was completed on time. A big shout out to Harry and his crew for being exceptionally attentive and responsive. Highly recommended.
