  Highly recommend! Nathan and his team completed an extension on our old redbrick clinker home in 2022. This included an additional room, ensuite and large covered deck, skylights etc. Nathan was easy to work with, positive about the project (when others I spoke to weren't) and highly knowledgeable. Our house is 70 yrs old and when unexpected issues arose he explained the options and executed them brilliantly. He also kept to the time and budget as initially planned with great communication throughout. I can't thank Nathan enough for the awesome job he did and for his calm, patient and knowledgeable manner while doing so.

Having previously completed several projects in the past to an impressive standard I had no hesitation in engaging Nathan and his Dwyercon team to complete another small extension, renovation to the laundry and two bathrooms in 2025. Nathan and all team members were very professional, technically competent and were accommodating in responding to our requests promptly and always provided useful advice and tips along the way.   Early in 2025 Dwyercon completed a rebuild/ renovation of our very large deck area which is situated above a garage. All work was completed with high level expertise and care. The new deck is an excellent addition to our home both aesthetically and functionally. Nathan who led the work was highly professional in all aspects to support the build and its design. Most impressively, all of the Dwyercon team and staff involved were respectful and friendly, ensuring the works in progress had minimal impact on our family. Thank you Nathan and Dwyercon, we have been so happy with the process and love our new deck.

  Had Dwyercon complete our renovation in 2021-22... yes, right in the midst of the COVID pandemic. Despite the uncertainty and the challenges with supplies, trades and rising costs, Nathan kept us informed through the entire process, and was transparent about emerging issues that had the potential to impact our timeline and budget. Despite the pandemic, Dwyercon did an amazing job of our renovation. It was exactly what we wanted, and at no point did Nathan try to steer our decisions towards things that were easier or more convenient for him. He and his team just got on with it, with a 'no problem' attitude. And as a bonus, our site was spotless through the entire job - the finished product was also left immaculately clean, a great touch which I certainly didn't expect! I would have no hesitation recommending Dwyercon, and to be honest, if I build or renovate again nobody but Nathan will be doing it. His level of detail and perfection through his work is evident, and I won't be settling for less if I embark on a big project again.
