Malt was very hands on, always taking initiative to problem solve yet kept us in the loop on any major decisions needed. Their expertise was invaluable. Being an declining block to begin with we were faced with a lot of challenges, but Rory managed trades, budget, and program beyond our expectations especially during pandemic times. We are so happy with the final product and any minor issues that arose post hand over was always attended to. It’s been a pleasure, Malt!
