  From the first time we met Lorraine and she was both lovely to deal with and very knowledgeable we knew that we were with the right builder. Through the design and specification process we were expertly guided to ensure that all of the experience and knowledge gathered through decades of building homes was applied to our home. The build itself was expertly managed by Justin who treated the build like his own. It was clear that Bevnol have a huge stable of tradies that they have used for years and as a result the quality of the work is very high and met all of our expectations. No build is without its issues and when these came up we were able to work together with Justin to solve them or find an alternative that was acceptable to everyone. Overall we are extremely happy with the finished product and the quality of the build exceeds our expectations. I would highly recommend Bevnol Homes.

  Our build went really smoothly and without any issues. Our site supervisor, Chad kept us updated every step of the way and nothing was ever too much trouble. The quality and finish of the build could not be faulted, communication was spot on and completed in 6 months. So happy we chose Bevnol for our custom build and very grateful for all of Chad's hard work!

  The quality of the build and the standard inclusions of Bevnol were so much better than any other builder, Bevnol have very high standards. Bevnol were very patient and answered all my questions (there were a lot of them) with the information required, including getting an engineer to talk me through things. They were very understanding of my circumstance and helped me make decisions about what I needed within my means. My house was built within 9 months with an in-depth explanation at each step. This was 2016-2017

  We could not recommend Bevnol enough. From the very first day we began discussions with Matt we knew we had found our builder for our first home. They helped every step of the way. Any issue we encountered they were a step ahead and always came to the table with a solution that would keep us moving forward. Mid build we recieved a notice to vacate at our rental property and the efforts from Amanda, Jeff, Karen and particularly our site supervisor Chad were above and beyond to make sure we had a home to move into. Thank you Bevnol for building us an amazing home!

  Our supervisor was Andrew and although we have only had dealing with him in the last month he has been a professional and very helpful with all our questions and concerns, for his work load he should be commended. The one thing I have found Bevnol has done very well is their level of communications. Well done to David, Amanda and Melissa, and thank you for all you help over the last year. As for build quality my wife and I are supper happy with everything. Couldn't be happier.
