  1. Exceptional quality of work. 2. Great people to deal with. 3. Highly recommended without any reservation. I recently had the pleasure of hiring Jon and Ruben, the experienced, skilled hands behind 'The Render Repair Men', for significant external cement render repairs on my 1920 Melbourne property. Their challenges were manifold - historic cracks resulting from—now rectified—ground movement, unsightly scars from past renovations, and several superficial 'pre-sales' fixes. From the onset, Jon took the initiative with a comprehensive on-site inspection and provided a very reasonable estimate. Their professionalism and commitment to quality were apparent throughout the process. They ensured the damaged render was meticulously removed up to the stable material. Their expertise shone when they employed techniques like using structural grout and HeliBar rods for areas that had experienced significant movement, ensuring long-term stability. Not to mention the use of render mesh on cracks, which promises durability, and the final finishing coat which was a perfect blend of cement, sand, and stones. The result? A seamlessly matched texture that I'm confident will show no signs of repair once painted. In short, no corners were cut. In today's tradie-directory, the kind of traditional specialist skill set and dedication Jon and Ruben bring to the table has become increasingly rare. It's not often you find craftsmen who truly understand the intricacies of their trade, especially for classic properties. I wholeheartedly recommend 'The Render Repair Men' for anyone seeking impeccable render repair services. (Before and after photos provided for reference).

Jon and Reuben were both extremely professional to work with. The job they did on our home involved repairing render cracking and peeling, re rendering as needed, repairing moulding cracks, painting all render and painting outside windows, doors and gates. Our home now looks brand new and we are thrilled with the result. They were extremely careful in their work and paid attention to detail producing a high quality finish to all the work. They were also extremely patient when I took my time deciding on a colour. Jon always communicated well and politely and informed me each day when weather prevented them from working. They always arrived on time and did a full days work. They also were very diligent cleaning the site at the end and leaving the premises spic and span. Jon and Reuben were a pleasure to work with and we would have no hesitation in asking them back to work on our property or recommending them to others.

We arranged for Jon to repair and re render our front fence and our entire house. Jon went above and beyond with his services. He was punctual, kept us informed during the job, cost effective and completed the job way above our expectations. The quality of his work is outstanding. Our neighbours commented on what a great look. We would whole heartedly recommend Jon. .
