We have just had a major renovation completed by Bennic Homes and could not be happier with the finished job. This involved a bathroom rebuild, a laundry refurbishment and a complete backyard makeover including a new deck, new shed and gym, and preparation for installation of by-fold doors from the house to the deck area. During the four months that they were with us we appreciated both the fact that they listened to our wishes and patiently provided advice on how they could be achieved. Communication was always clear and forthcoming, this includes Ben’s wife Nicole in Administration with all the paperwork involved. Ben also needed to liaise with other contractors on our job regarding the by-folds and a pergola and was always very professional even when co-ordination of the installations proved difficult. As well as Ben’s own team, his contractors were also professional and easy to get on with. He provided electricians, plumbers, tilers, etc. and was also able to help with suggestions regarding roofers, painters and landscape gardeners. It was really a one stop shop! Ben and the team were always punctual and kept us informed regarding scheduling and delays which will inevitably happen on a big job. They were always friendly and, above all, respectful of the fact that they were working within our home. We would not hesitate to recommend Bennic Homes or use their services again in the future.

Ben and his team did a fantastic job renovating our home. Ben spent time getting to know us and understanding what we were hoping to achieve. He and his team worked with us to complete our Reno in several stages. When they discovered a rotten bearer they shuffled other jobs around and replaced it in time for our new flooring to be laid. Ben and his team were punctual and their work was spot on. They dealt with the old lathe and plaster and were pleased to incorporate an original sliding door in our butlers pantry. Ben only used tilers, plasterers, electricians and plumbers he trusts and double checked to ensure we were happy with their work. Strongly recommend Bennic Homes as a quality builder.

From our first meeting with Ben we felt that we were in good hands. His quotation for our reno job of two bathrooms and an Euro laundry came in promptly, was clear and detailed. Luckily Ben was ready to start work very soon after and we didn't hesitate to give Bennic Homes the go ahead. We were confident enough to let them start on the job despite the fact that we had a planned overseas trip shortly after. All details were discussed prior to our departure, we were given all the time and attention required to have everything agreed upon, so we left the job in their trusted hands. We can only second the comments mentioned in previous reviews. Ben has a great core professional team of people who are proud in their trade, friendly, accommodating and confident enough to consult with each other. The same can be said about the subcontractors Ben engaged on the project. Last but not least we would like to mention and thank Ben's wife Nicole who is doing an excellent admin job, so all paperwork is orderly and clear. Ben Hunt and his team are incredibly professional and did an amazing job on my renovation/extension project. They were so easy to work with and kept me updated on progress every step of the way.
