It’s hard to put into words how happy we were with Russell and his team from High Level Renovations. From the moment we met him, I knew he put his clients first — and that never changed throughout our four-month renovation. He delivered on time (to the day) and on budget. We started with a draftsman/architect, but once Russell came on board, we didn’t need them anymore. Russell became the designer, builder, and even helped with the interiors. Our renovation was a complete re-do of our upstairs level, and because we lived downstairs throughout the process, we got to know Russell, his team, and all his contractors very well. They were a fantastic team — special shout-out to Cam and Cam — and his electricians, plumbers, painters and other trades were always punctual, respectful, and genuinely committed to doing a great job. The mutual respect between Russell and his trades was very clear. We also have some difficult neighbours who always complain about any activity on the street, but even they commented so positively about Russell and his team — no noise issues, no parking issues, and always respectful. We couldn’t be happier with the entire process, and the finished product is beyond our expectations. High Level Renovations are the best!

We used High Level Renovations for a major renovation, gutting and redoing the entire interior, which took around 8 months. I couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome and absolutely love our new home. Russell and the team were professional from day one and have continued to be even after the handover. Their thoroughness and attention to detail were fantastic. One of the best things about working with them was their great recommendations along the way to enhance the look of our home. Russell, the owner, is truly honest. He advised us on where we could save money and where it was worth spending a little extra. His craftsmanship and management of all the trades were outstanding. I was initially dreading this renovation (having heard horror stories), but I couldn't have asked for a better team to work with. If you want to speak to me directly for feedback, get in touch with Russell, happy to provide more detail.

It is 12 months since moving into our beautifully renovated home and we couldn't be happier. It is so warm and inviting and the finishes look as crisp as the day we moved in. There have been no issues since handover - just a few minor adjustments that Russell attended to happily and promptly. Many thanks again to Russell and his team - it is such a joy to return home to this peaceful sanctuary every day!

Right from the start dealing with Russell at High Level Renovation was an easy process. His willingness to listen to our ideas and providing us with advice and guidance was appreciated. Russell and his team made the renovation of our family bathroom an easy process and delivered on time and budget our dream bathroom. We were astounded at the time and effort spent at the end of each day cleaning the workspace leaving next to no disruption to our home. Russell takes pride in his and his team’ work. I highly recommend High Level Renovations to any future clients.
