We have used Rob on three of our builds, one a new home on a steep, narrow and challenging site with difficult access, and two renovations with substantial structural changes. All three of these experiences have been so enjoyable, and this is due to Rob and his team. Integrity is probably the word that best comes to mind. Considered design details provide an overall outstanding outcome. His transparency in costs, commitment to a quality outcome, patience and general presence is a pleasure to work with. Rob’s meticulous commitment to detail also saw our new build win the 2017 Master Builder award. Here are pictures over the 8 years we have worked together.

Rob Bending did a total renovation of the back of my house in Cremorne Sydney . I demolished totally half of my house and new back walls, roof, floorings , new kitchen , new family areas were put in . i have had some experience in renovation of my properties and investment units . By far he is the best builder i have come across . He is very professional , his carpenters and tradies are topnotch. He was onsite everyday , and paid great attention to and supervision of details of the work done . To my amazement , my project was completed in 3 months , a record , as he would have workmen on site everyday with no delays or hitch . The project was completed not only on time , below budget estimates, but the quality of the completed works were beyond expectations In addition , Rob is very professional , has impeccable manners , and was able to understand my requirements and executed them perfectly .i would highly recommend him .

We had the great fortune of being introduced to Rob through a work colleague for whom Rob had built a house on a challenging and very narrow, steep block, he also renovated their second home. My colleague could not have been more impressed and was quick to recommend Rob. Our project was tricky; removing a supporting wall between our kitchen and living room before replacing our kitchen. This required opening up the ceiling and floor to add another steel beam. Rob and his team were nothing short of amazing. They were a delight to have in our home, always punctual, professional, polite and so respectful, particularly important given we were living on site, old dog and all. We found Rob to be honest, highly organised, a great communicator and so easy to work with. We trusted him implicitly, wouldn't hesitate to engage him again and would highly recommend him!

Rob was so pivotal in achieving the end results of our upstairs conversion. Without his advice we would have botched up many of the finer details and it likely would have cost us a lot more also. His attention to detail and workmanship is second to none.

I would give Rob 10 stars for his work if I could! He was polite, on time, respectful of the property (aka cleaned up at the end of EACH day so that we could still live in the house) but most of all his meticulous attention to quality and detail was extraordinary. When so many builder and tradies are looking for the "fast job/fast cash", Rob takes incredible pride in his work and wants to do the job properly the FIRST time. He constructed a new multilevel deck for us with stair angles that would challenge the greatest mathematicians (they're PERFECT) and renovated a bathroom. I would have him do the rest of the house but he's moved out of Sydney for now and I don't trust anyone else 🤣....he has raised a high bar!!!

We’re incredibly grateful to Rob for the fantastic job he did renovating our new home. His work was done with such great care, professionalism, and attention to detail. It’s rare to find someone who takes so much pride in their craft and treats your home as if it were their own. Rob listened to our needs, offered thoughtful suggestions, and executed everything to a very high standard. We truly appreciate his reliability, honesty, and workmanship. Highly recommended!
