Darren’s work is meticulous I have known Darren Paxton for years — our kids went to school — and we have collaborated on a few renovation and commercial projects. His work is meticulous; he smashes it out at a very high level. Darren is easy to communicate with, his works within the timeframes he provides, and once he sets a quote, he sticks with it unless something new is added. If you want to engage a builder whose work is on point, Darren is your man.

5 * HANDS DOWN! After a truck collided with my boundary fence, I couldn't get a tradesperson to return my call let alone provide a quote. I had rung several builders in the area & not one called back. One day I walked past the ARCBUILD Office, which is located nearby & decided to walk in. Not only did someone from the office contact me that day, but Darren himself came to see me that afternoon. Darren & his team were prompt, clean, tidy & arrived on time. As a single female, it's easy to feel ripped off when dealing with tradespeople but Darren made me feel safe & reassured the entire time. I will definitely have more work for him. Five Star 🌟 service & workmanship hands down!

Trustworthy, reliable, dependable, and efficient We met Darren through the local surfing community and have always known him to do great work. He is trustworthy, reliable, dependable, efficient, and generally makes the entire process pleasant and enjoyable. We recommend his services to anyone who is looking for someone who really knows their building work.

I have known Darren Paxton and the Arcbuild team for more than a decade and I continue to be impressed by their professional, expertise, and extensive experience in the Byron Bay region. And, unlike many other trades, they arrive on time and know how to communicate!

5 Star Service & Workmanship Darren and his Arcbuild crew were exemplary “The fact that Darren Paxton from Arcbuild was recommended by another builder speaks volumes about his reputation within the industry. I needed an internal stairwell to be modified to accommodate an elevator and from the moment a quote and timeline was submitted, nothing was too much trouble. Darren and his team were thorough, reliable, and easy to communicate with. Even the two apprentice carpenters, his son and daughter, were professional and polite: just lovely kids. They cleaned up at the end of every day and nothing was ever an issue — not even when strata restrictions on when they could start work potentially posed an issue. The end product is first-class, and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommended.” Peter K
