Figtree Building & Design

Josh and Kim were the most amazing team to work with for the build of our new home! Kim drew up our house plans, she listened to everything we wanted and had great ideas of how we could include all of the things we wanted into the space we had. Kim has incredible attention to detail and we were so happy with the entire design process. We have been in the house for two months now and cannot fault any of the design, it's everything we wanted! The build of our house was fantastic! Josh has excellent communication skills and kept us up to date weekly with everything that was happening on site. We felt so well informed and really part of the build. The trades that were used were all fantastic and all work was completed to a very high standard. The building site was always kept tidy and safe and the tradesmen on site were always polite. We have lived in the house for two months now and have had only a couple of very minor issues (one door handle came loose and one sink plug was faulty). Josh came promptly and fixed both of those issues. We are very impressed with the quality of this build and so in love with the house. We are so happy with Figtree Building and Design and would highly recommend them for any building or design work!

I would highly recommend Figtree Building and Design!! I had Josh redo my back outdoor area to update and make it a nicer place to use. He came and advised me on the best and most economical way to get what I wanted, taking time and talking me through how I could achieve my vision on my budget. All the guys were so friendly and polite and always left the job clean and tidy. I love it so much and it didn't 'break the bank'. I had Shae help me redo my kitchen and living area after a water pipe burst in my kitchen resulting in damage to the whole area. She helped me make me a vision board and worked with me through the whole process, making suggestions and tweaks to my plans. She kept me on track when I would get overwhelmed and helped me create a gorgeous light, calm and comfortable space that is so me and I absolutely love being in. She also liased with and managed all the suppliers and trades and they always turned up when she said they would and did a great job. I never would have achieved the amazing result with the same budget without her. The whole team are a dream to work with from start to finish.

We built our first home with Figtree building and design just over 12 months ago. This was our first home and as new home owners with zero experience with building the team at Figtree made it such an easy process. We are very happy with our home And building experience, Josh and Kimberly have been so helpful right from the start to finish. Our home was finished with no delays and within budget. Kimberly and Josh were awesome. Their team managed to exceed all of our expectations. The build was completed well in advance of what we were hoping. The quality of workmanship was great. Josh always went that extra mile for us and we can highly recommend him for anyone looking. We managed to stick within our budget and get what we wanted.
