Their workmanship is consistently high quality and their team culture on site is excellent — organised, respectful and professional. Casey and Katie are both great to deal with. Communication is clear, scheduling is well managed, and their projects have a strong track record of being completed on time. From a subcontractor perspective, that level of organisation makes a big difference. We really value working with builders who care about quality and run their jobs properly — Oak & Ocean definitely do both. Looking forward to many more projects together.
