We were initially overwhelmed by the decision of which tiny house company to entrust, but choosing Konpak was the best decision we could have made. From start to finish, the process was incredibly smooth and stress-free. Communication with Cody throughout the entire build was outstanding — he was always responsive, transparent and willing to accommodate every single request we had. Cody’s wealth of knowledge, attention to detail and genuine passion for what he does made the experience not only easy but exciting. Every wish of ours came to life and the result is nothing short of our dream home. The workmanship, quality of materials and customisation were all exceptional. What stood out most was that the entire process never felt transactional — it truly felt like Cody and the Konpak team were just as invested in our home as we were. We had specifics with our build and they were always met with curiosity & willingness. Design suggestions by Cody and Dan have really elevated the space. I can't thank Cody and the team enough for their knowledge, dedication and professionalism on building and living Tiny. The process for designing works great. It helps you to be clear about your vision and budget. Communication with Konpak was always hassle free, and no question or request was ever a problem. And my initial ideas were embraced, even though I thought it would be too big an ask. It was scary investing in a tiny home builder. I did a lot of research and went to expo's. When I found Konpak they stood out for me because their website and responses were on the mark. I requested a site visit, which was welcomed. The visit enabled me to meet the team, see the quality of the finishes and detail the special requirements I had. Like, BAL rating requirements, double glazing and extra insulation, etc. The working relationship we developed means I have confidence should issues arise they will be resolved without stress.
