IMSU

We started our journey with IMSU in late 2024. The design, approval and build was enjoyable, relatively smooth and on time. Brett Hiscock (Sales) and Luke Orr (Site Supervisor) were amazing. Cindy who was the in the office was also a pleasure to deal with. There are always going to be issues and hurdles, it’s how they are dealt with and the open communication. Overall, a great experience and a house we love and are proud to call home.

We are currently dealing with Dominic for a duplex build & are very happy with our experience. We have a tricky site that needed further investigation with council. IMSU & Dominic took the time to liaise with council & the town planner before coming back to us with a feasible option. We had engaged a small builder before that had taken our money & then didn’t deliver. Dom worked with us to design a home that we love, works with the land & our budget. We were pleased that also the tender price came within the range expected. If you are after a builder that works with you, rather than just make you feel like a number IMSU is for you.

Dominic from IMSU homes has been incredible at supporting us through the process of creating our dream home. He has been patient, honest and informative throughout the entire process. We have taken advantage of the open homes (prior to key handover) and have seen some beautiful homes and met the new very happy owners. Likewise, we met with the backend staff & the owners of IMSU at these open homes. I was amazed by the access to them. All of the IMSU staff at these open homes and their display homes (Box Hill and Leppington) have been keen to learn about our specific needs and managed our journey with a personal touch. The team at IMSU have made us feel confident that we are doing the best thing for our young family and we are completely reassured by all our interactions that this is absolutely the best company to be working with. We feel much more than just a number in dealing with Dominic & IMSU. We have also been very appreciative that pricing has been under what was estimated, and never did we feel we were being upsold unnecessarily. I strongly would recommend IMSU to anyone considering a builder.

My fiancé and I are attempting our first home build, and on a challenging block. Due to the slope, there was uncertainty early on in terms of what was achievable to build on the site. Dom, our sales consultant and the IMSU team made absolutely every effort to make it work for us, and went to great lengths to give us a home design that ticked the boxes that were important to us and our family. The team also helped to break down and quantify costs at the tender stage to give us certainty. Dom was extremely open and communicative through the process, and although we ultimately did not proceed on the project, I would not hesitate to recommend the IMSU team for your build. The experience with IMSU and Dom has been fantastic. Honesty, and transparency is important when investing in our biggest investment, (our home) and Dom has delivered time and time again in this regard. We were given an estimate which was accurate when we moved to tender. This was important as we didn't want to begin the process of a build that would later turn out to spiral out of hand. As a designer I value beautifully designed and styled buildings and IMSU have a proven track record in this regard. IMSU, Dom - I recommended.
