We’re so happy we chose Avati Constructions for our kitchen and dining renovation. Jimmy was wonderful to work with — easy to communicate with, great at problem solving, and very efficient with timing. Everything ran smoothly and the project was finished much quicker than expected. Jimmy Avati and his team were an absolute pleasure to deal with. After 6 months of struggling to find builders willing to take on the renovation of an older 1950s home, Jimmy and his team gave the property a completely new lease on life. In summary the project included a full kitchen renovation and the removal of two load-bearing walls to create a modern open-plan layout. Jimmy completed all works within our timeframe and used his excellent problem-solving skills to fix and rectify non-compliant work left behind by previous trades. Jimmy was always punctual, easy to communicate with, and transparent throughout the entire process. He worked closely with us to stay within our budget and delivered outstanding results. What many would have chosen to demolish has been transformed into a home our family is incredibly proud of — it truly feels brand new.

We had the pleasure of engaging with Jimmy from Avati Constructions from June through August 2023 for the purpose of completing a complete bathroom, laundry, and toilet remodel which included major structural repairs. From the outset, Jimmy was professional, punctual, and conducted himself at all stages of the project from quoting to completion with the upmost integrity, transparency, and ultimately exceeded our expectations with the finished project. Likewise, his excellent skills in communication and project management ensured that all trades were onsite within reasonable times, and that the project was ultimately delivered ahead of schedule, and without hidden cost or compromise to the finished quality. Hence, it is without reservation that we would happily engage with Avati Constructions for future projects, and also recommend their services to those seeking a quality builder.

Jimmy was contracted to do our back porch about 4 months ago and we found him to be punctual, meticulous and friendly. Willing to adjust when asked and reasonable with his labor charges. We found the whole experience with Avarti Constructions very good and would recommend Jimmy to any of our friends and whoever needs anything constructed at there homes or indeed a home constructed. Jimmy Avati recently assisted us with a rebuild of half of our100 year old California Bungalow in Lane Cove .It was a big project over 10 months start to finish.Jimmy was fantastic to work with and very willing to listen to what we needed (me being an artist,creative type)We are very pleased with the final work,the house is great now, and we have recently reengaged Jimmy for some kitchen demolition and gate work.Happy to give Jimmy of Avati Constructions the thumbs up 5 out of 5.
