I would like to share my feedback on the architectural design and services provided by Ideas Architects for our new house (knockdown rebuild project). From the initial consultation stage, the team was attentive, professional, and genuinely interested in understanding our requirements, lifestyle needs, and long-term vision. They carefully considered block constraints, orientation, natural light, ventilation, and council requirements while developing the concept design. The layout has been thoughtfully designed, with good spatial flow between living areas and practical zoning between private and shared spaces. The façade design is modern and well-balanced, and the proportions of windows, doors, and ceiling heights have been carefully considered. We especially appreciate how they incorporated our specific requests and provided practical suggestions to enhance functionality and aesthetics. Communication throughout the process has been clear and responsive. Any design changes or clarifications were handled promptly, and technical details were explained in a way that was easy to understand. Their coordination with consultants and guidance through planning requirements have made the process much smoother. Overall, we are satisfied with both the design outcome and the level of professional service provided. We would confidently recommend their services to anyone considering a knockdown rebuild project.
