I was recommended by a friend to speak with LTK Homes, i couldn't have been happier with the choice. Lance has helped myself and the wife tremendously with our custom home plans and has provided some of the best service we have ever encountered, we’re very much looking forward to starting our home build when our land registers next year. From our initial building experience, my husband and I were extremely grateful for LTK's excellent communication and customer service. The high-quality workmanship and meticulous attention to detail in every room of our new granny flat have been consistently praised by everyone who has seen it. We are delighted with the outcome. LTK's team demonstrated a highly organised process, making the entire journey from initial design to final handover remarkably easy. The availability of their in-house design studio and the valuable assistance from interior designers were very helpful in the selection process. The ease with which we could make customisations was fantastic. LTK was incredibly accommodating and informative, advising on designs that perfectly fit our needs and budget. We also appreciated the wide selection of finishes and materials available within their standard range. Our build commenced in February and was delivered earlier than planned, which was a pleasant surprise. All the workers on-site were lovely and very helpful in answering any questions we had. Lance and his team were consistently responsive to emails and text messages. We are truly happy with how everything turned out and the overall experience. We would enthusiastically work with the LTK team again for any future construction needs.

Lance and his team must be the nicest and the most professional builder at NSW. I have dealt with many builders but nothing like Lance and his team. From the start to finish, they always keep me in the loop. I know every single one of his team during the building process ! How amazing it is. LTK homes were great to work with for my parents new build. They were highly professional throughout, and made the whole process very smooth. Lance in particular was very helpful, and I can see a genuine passion in what he does. LTK had a great process for colour selections, were very responsive to any questions via email or text, and have created a beautiful home for my parents. I am pleased and absolutely enjoying my new home from LTK homes. The quality of construction and workmanship is excellent. The house looks incredible and I am very happy that LTK homes exceeded all of my expectations. It was my first build and had no knowledge about house construction but Lance and his team at LTK homes made it very easy and guided me every step of construction. The entire team were helpful and delightful to talk with. Admin staff Lauren and Sandra was amazing in providing best customer service and efficient in replying my queries. My building manager Danny was superb and went beyond his duties to make the build smooth. He managed the build so efficient and brilliantly that construction was completed in a record time of 4 months. He updated me regularly with the progress by emails and pictures. He is a champion and I am so grateful that he managed my house build from start to end. The quality of build is impeccable. I couldn’t find a single fault anywhere during maintenance period.
