  I had a great experience building my granny flat with Granny Flat Solutions. From start to finish the process was straight forward, professional and well-managed. My project manager Sean, was great. He was organised and always took the time to communicate clearly and keep me updated throughout the build. Any questions or concerns were addressed quickly, and I always felt confident that the project was in good hands. The final result exceeded my expectations – the quality of the build is excellent, and the whole team showed strong attention to detail and the handover process with Brandon was seamless. I would happily recommend Granny Flat Solutions to anyone looking to build a granny flat.

  Big thanks to Granny Flat Solutions for making my family’s dream come true. I could not even imagine leaving my mother in an aged care facility- now I can have her home with me. The team at Granny Flat Solutions were professional, friendly and always had a positive attitude whilst working. Special thanks to Anthony Antoun & Sean Zayden for leading their wonderful team and always keeping us up to date with the progress of the project.   We just got our granny flat done in our backyard by Granny Flat Solutions, and wow, we are super happy with everything! Seriously, the whole project was so easy for me. I didn't need to do much worrying. Our project manager, Tony, he's great. He would just fix everything and update every detail even before I know ! Very smooth. When we first started, like for the design and beginning building, the designer and PM gave us really good ideas for the future. They all are very professional, thinking long-term for me not only on the project but also the use of land/property etc. Construction part was so quiet and safe. They really took care of our house and people living here. No big mess, no noise trouble, everything on schedule. Overall, our experience with Granny Flat Solutions was amazing. They work hard, they talk clear, and they want us happy.

  I’m so glad we picked Granny Flat Solutions. The people here know what they are doing and they do it very well. It’s a good experience from the designing, the planning, to the finish. The trades they use are truly professional who carried their work with very high quality. Big thanks to the site managers, Troy and Brandon, who communicated promptly and clearly, answered all questions and helped to solve all issues. It’s amazing that Troy managed to deliver the project on schedule, before the holidays start. Despite some early delays due to weeks of heavy rains. Good job GFS! I would be happy to recommend GFS to anyone who is looking to build a granny flat.

  Special thanks to Justin and the Granny Flat Solutions team on the efforts of our build. The finished project was first class - meeting expectations of quality, on budget and was on time. Granny Flat Solutions made the effort to explain and communicate what was happening during each stage to ensure we were making decisions suited to our needs. Overall a really great experience, and one that has provided a solid return of investment. Would go to them first for our next build.
