We did a knockdown rebuild with New South Homes and couldn't be happier with the result. Our needs were quite specific and the designer, Matt did a brilliant job of creating a functional house plan which suited us perfectly. The owners of the company are very responsive to issues and are always available unlike many of the bigger companies. In 2018, my wife and I were looking for a builder, to rebuild our home that was badly damaged by fire. We came across New South homes , who proved to be the best company to deal with out of the many we spoke to, friendly efficient and flexible with the design. We decided to proceed with them as they gave us a high degree of confidence. Our home was finished in a timely manner , without undue delays, and we are very proud of what has been built. We would recommend New South homes to anyone looking for a quality builder and professional service.

We recently worked with New South Homes (NSH) on our family home. Compared to other builders we spoke with, NSH placed a stronger emphasis on customer service and was willing to discuss and negotiate with us, making the experience more collaborative. The site manager maintained a well-organized construction schedule, ensuring the project stayed on track. Although there were a few instances where we had differing opinions, NSH was responsive to our concerns and worked with us to find solutions we were satisfied with, which we truly appreciated. Post-construction, their service continued to be good. When some issues arose just before moving in, they responded quickly and took prompt action to help us resolve them. A special thanks to Zoran, Matt, Brandon, Michael, Joe Di Meglio, and Joe Antoun for their efforts in bringing the house together, from design through to construction and customer service. Overall, we are happy with our new home.

I am extremely pleased with Michael Antoun and the A+ Team from New South Homes & Granny Flat Solutions. They have just finished building our third project together and I cannot be happier with the way it has turned out. From the moment we met Christian on site, to doing our design with Azar and starting construction with Justin, everything has flown seamlessly from start to finish. The entire team was very professional and worked above and beyond to help me make my dream house come true. I could not recommend New South Homes & Granny Flat Solutions enough, I can't wait to begin my next project with them. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

It is coming up to four years since we built our home with New South Homes. The build process was a positive experience for us. Our block of land is sloping and required significant excavation. As we were knocking down and rebuilding, we had a good understanding of the block and the style of home that would work on the block. From the beginning of the process we felt heard and informed. Designers and builders worked closely and methodically with us allowing us time to consider options, which gave us space to make considered well thought out decisions. Payment schedule was clear and fair. Variations to contract were clearly explained and thankfully there were not many of them. During the build, weekly meetings/phone calls were received from Andrew, the foreman who was across all trades and on the odd occassion when materials could not be delivered on time, we were informed. New South Homes is a one stop shop where we had access to not only building trades but a patient interior designer and samplers from their showroom for most interior requirements. When we were not satisfied with their range, New South Homes recommended other specialist showrooms who they had good working relationships with, ensuring quality service and a fair price for us. Since finishing our build, they have moved to a new office and showroom in Waitara, and now have a comprehensive range of interiors on show. Building a new home is a big undertaking and can be incredibly stressful. Thankfully New South Homes shouldered much of this for us. We communicated often with Joseph, Brandon, Andrew and Joe and could not be happier with the service they provided. If you are thinking of building a new home, I strongly recommend that you talk to New South Homes before making any final decisions. We love our home and could not be happier.
