  I'd been looking for a bathroom contractor to redo my top-floor apartment bathroom, but was scared off by stories of defects and shonky work. So my interest was piqued when friends liked Dan's renovation of their main bathroom so much that they got him back to do their ensuite. Dan was fantastic to work with. He delivered a beautiful bathroom on time and within budget, and the finished product matched the design and scope of work. Dan kept me informed of the progress via photos and updates, and raised potential issues early (like when I ordered the wrong-sized bath) so we could sort them out before they became problems. Dan will be my first call when I need other work done.

The workmanship was absolutely excellent — every detail was completed to a high standard and it’s clear Dan takes real pride in his work. He was also incredibly accommodating when we needed to make last-minute variations, handling changes with professionalism and a can-do attitude. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality and reliability!

  Dan is an outstanding builder. He has an excellent work ethic and the results of his work are first rate. Dan has demolished and installed two new roofs on my properties. He has also built a shed and created some first rate fencing for me. I have had Dan return on several occasions to do additional building work as I have been so impressed. I recommend Dan for all your building and renovation needs.
