Billcorp Pty Ltd - Structural & Foundation Repair Specialist

We engaged Billcorp to replace a rusted structural beam in the front wall of our 1928 two story home, originally constructed to serve as a butcher shop. The 8 metre long beam covered the span of the building and supported a double brick wall and the floors of the upper story and was seen to be rusted at either end reducing the metal thickness to approximately 60% of it's original dimension. Using a structural engineer's specification, Billcorp removed the beam and replaced it with window lintels. This work was completed on time and as per the agreed budget. We were impressed with the efficiency of the operation and put this down to the Billcorp team's combined experience in solving difficult structural problem and their team based approach to managing the work. Everyone in the team was consulted in the process of determining what the working solution would be. Maintaining work safety was seen to be a priority in their work process. Making structural repairs to very old buildings is a high risk business so don't expect the solution to your structural problem to be cheap. As with most things in life, you get what you pay for. As a Result of a presale inspection report back in Dec 2025 for our property, according to the report it was found that 4 piers had subsided under the house ( 2 not even touching the Bearers ) that required Repair , Billy came out to Quote and pointed out and showed me that there was in fact 6 Piers that required attention and that the building inspector had missed 2 others , what i thought was going to be a Huge Job and lots of Disruption was quickly dealt with over a 2 day period spread over a week , which also resolved a floor bounce issue that was also raised in the building report as a separate matter , no Mess, No Fuss at a cost a lot less than i was expecting , I have no hesitation and can highly recommend Billy and his team who did a Great Job , you won't be disappointed

Bill is a champion. Him and his team did a fantastic job on knocking out a structural wall and a bricking up some openings. He even went out of his way to lend me tools to do other jobs around the house whilst they finished their job. 100% recommend and would definitely rehire for future construction work on my place.
