Bespoke Renovations

We are very happy with Bespoke Renovations for their design and construction work on our challenging home renovation project during 2023-2024. The works included a rear extension, creation of a modern kitchen (from a former 1930's era room), new flooring, waterproofing and reconstruction of a leaking balcony / garage, re-roofing, as well as an aesthetic and high quality rendered finish of the external brick walls (treating and protecting the crumbling mortar and giving the old home extended life). Joe and the Bespoke team provided a great service including input from a talented architect and structural engineer, as well as a great line up of specialist trades people. In addition to the high quality of construction, a finishing touch of blended landscaping was completed around the building footprint. The team listened to our needs and adapted the design and details accordingly when unexpected conditions occurred within our aging dwelling. The finished internal works resulted in modernised, comfortable new rooms, yet retained a 'nod to the past' architectural glory. We recommend Bespoke Renovations to anyone considering such a renovation project versus a knock-down re-build alternative.

Anthony and Joe at Bespoke did a wonderful job on our reno. They made suggestions that significantly improved on our architects design, were respectful of our budget and turned out beautifully. The renovation done to our home has totally changed how we use the house and are so grateful for the work they did. When a trade wasnt up to my standard they worked to remedy my concern without complaint. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend Bespoke to others.

Joe and Mark and the team at Bespoke Renovations designed and built an extension for us comprising a new living room, laundry, master ensuite and back deck. We love the space and spend most of our time in it, and the area blends smoothly into the older parts of the house. Joe and Mark were very responsive and prompt in dealing with any questions or concerns throughout the design and construction process, and the build was completed in record time. We're so pleased with the result and would definitely engage Bespoke Renovations again in the future if we need any more work done.

We used Bespoke for a renovation to our property, which was a conversion of our semi from a 3 bedroom to a 4 bedroom alongside some much needed remedial work. Joe at Bespoke renovations was amazing to deal with. Out of all the people who quoted for the job he was the only person willing to deal with a load bearing wall. This was our first renovation and he made the process easy and stress free. He was always punctual, professional and prompt in his responses and we are very happy with the end result.
