John and his crew were straight forward and professional. Access to the subfloor was a crawl space. The work was carried out with professionalism and knowledge. My many questions were answered with photos and videos supplied along the way. I would highly recommend Geotech Built to rectify any foundation issues.

We engaged John and his team to restump our 1912 cottage, replacing 40+ failed brick piers with new steel piers. John's communication was excellent from first visit, right throughout the project. We met with a few builders, but John was the only one that demonstrated real expertise and took the time to explain various options within our budget. Throughout the project, he shared regular updates with a clear, transparent approach, and is passionate about delivering a great end result. Absolutely amazing. We needed re stumping under our house, John was very professional, explained everything, gave us clear understanding of work that needed to be done, explained all processes. John and the team at Geotech Built did a great job with significant subfloor works to our 1930s home which had quite a number of subsided brick piers, as well as bearers that had some previous termite damage - resulting in a few rooms with sloping and uneven floors. The team worked quite hard in a very tight crawl space to replace all the damaged piers and bearers and finally jack up the floors, levelling it all out to provide a strong foundation. He made sure we had a clear understanding of the process and any impacts the works would have, giving us confidence throughout. Would strongly recommend GeoTech as your best option for any restumping works.

John and team did a great job replacing subfloor pillars for our old house with subsided brick piers 2 years ago. John attended to the flooring level works himself and clearly understands his work well and takes pride in the outcome. I consulted several companies prior to choosing John as I felt the most comfortable and wasn’t wrong in doing so, given the works were done a while ago now and still can’t fault anything.
