Jimmy and the team did an amazing job on the renovation of my kitchen and bathroom in my apartment. I would thoroughly recommend Jimmy to project manage your renos. I've done renovations twice before with other building companies and both times there where things that were done to a poor standard. This was not the case with Jimmy, he really cares and this is reflected in his impeccable work!

We decided to go with Jimmy for our bathroom/laundry renovation after receiving a positive recommendation from a friend and we’re so glad that we did! The bathroom renovation turned out amazing, however what really stood out for us was how easy, quick and trouble-free the whole experience was. Jimmy was an excellent Project Manager and ensured the renovation was done on time and was of the highest standard. His tradesmen always kept our house neat and tidy, and Hassan in particular, always went that extra mile to get the job done to a high standard and in line with the schedule. We would definitely recommend Pelman Projects to anyone looking for a high quality, value-for-money, professional team.

Hands down the #1 renovation company in the industry! After having Jimmy and his team renovate my house where they waterproofed and remodelled my bathroom and laundry, I simply had to have them take on my apartment project. This time we practically did a full reno, with new flooring, lighting, kitchen, bathroom, ensuite, and laundry. Check out my before/after photos! You will be amazed at how much better my apartment looks! Goodbye dark and dingy dungeon, hello modern and chic! And all for a reasonable price and timeframe! (Beware of going for the cheapest option! You want quality, and that’s what Jimmy’s team delivers!) Jimmy is an excellent project manager with outstanding communication all throughout the project. All trades were polite and of excellent standard with attention to detail! Jimmy really cares about his clients and gives sound advice. He was patient with answering my questions and following up with any of my concerns. I have no hesitation in recommending Pelman Projects to all my family and friends! Thanks guys! I look forward to our next project!

I cannot reccomend Pelman Projects highly enough. From quote to completion, Jimmy and his team were attentive, professional, accomodating, timely, and most of all, delivered an amazing end result, ontime, and to budget. This is my second kitchen rennovation. Being inexperienced the first time around, we opted to use Freedom Kitchens. After they did the 'big sell' with us and preassured us to sign up the same evening as the quotation, we did not hear from them for 3 months, and never, ever heard from the sales guy again - the project was delived 6 months later than we had been told when we signed up, and there were heaps of hidden costs that we were not told about, to deliver what we really wanted after we signed up. Our experience with Pelman Projects was the complete opposie of this, and if anyone is thinking about using a 'big box' company, instead of Pelman, think again! Jimmy gave us as much time as we needed to review the quote, helped us make decisions on where we could save and where we could 'splurge' (benchtop) to get what we really wanted. Throughout the project he was able to pivot when we wanted to do somthing differently, and communitcated with us daily and provided us with his professional advice. On top of all of this, the project was completely delivered in no more than 3 weeks, and work started only 2 weeks after we confirmed. He also helped organise trades for a few other bits we needed done, electrical and some plumbing, and did not break a sweat. Do yourself a favour; make your life easier and get an amazing kitchen on budget and on time, and use these guys - I cannot be clearer!

I highly recommend Jim and his team. We started with renovating our ensuite bathroom but we were so happy with how this was unfolding we decided to extend the renovation to include the main bathroom, powder room, kitchen, laundry, under stairs storage, downstairs flooring plus ceiling fans and lighting. Jim spent as much time as we needed exploring and advising on all aspects of the design, flow and product details of each room, he was keen to support our ideas while offering excellent practical and budget advice too and he was readily available to discuss any aspect of the renovation. The few hiccups along the way were sorted out quickly and responsibly. It was a fun collaboration and I found myself saying many times throughout the reno 'I love working with you Jim' ... Overall we were on budget, on time, and we're now enjoying a quality renovation. Thank you!
