There was virtually nothing standard about our home, it was a complex build at a very high standard though nothing was too difficult or complicated for the Focus Homes team. Their professionalism and proactive service was amazing. We really felt like we had a trusted partner working with us every step of the way. Building is stressful enough so it was great to have a team we could trust to help us through the daily maze of decision making. They responded positively to any change we made at short notice. We could focus entirely on the things that were important to us rather than issues with the builder! Working with the team at Focus Homes was all we could have hoped for when it comes to building

  We moved into our new built house for one year now. Foucs home was recommended by my colleague. My colleague is a builder, he trusts Joe and his team. Joe is very patience with us, as this is our first time to build a house, we changed the plan for many times. The construction time is around 10 months with insured quality. Their team have a quick response to defects.I am glad that I chose Focus home, I will recommend them:)

  Was reluctant to go through the process of having a house built after hearing the horrible experiences that our friends and family had. But I am glad that I took a chance. It has been more than 6months we moved into our new home. Building with Focus homes has been an amazing experience. The best part of working with Joe and his team is our expectations were managed extremely well. Everything that was promised was delivered and more. Joe and Tatiana built our home as if they were doing it for themselves. We had other builders' quotations that were lower, it was obvious that they were promising more than what they could deliver. Joe was very patient and let me shop around and do my due diligence. He allowed us to change our plans multiple times. Even after 6months, Joe and Tatiana are guiding and advising us through our landscaping, decorating/Furnishing the house etc. Every person/contractor/tradie that ever worked on our home has been extraordinary. The fact that we know almost everyone of them by name says something. I wouldn't recommend anyone to finalise their builder until they talk to Focus Homes.

  From the very first time that we walked into the Focus Homes display house, we were met with polite and respectful staff members that were able to answer all of our questions no matter how big or small. We chose to build our first home with Focus and were pleasantly surprised when we were greeted by the owners and helped with the design we had created. Throughout the build, we were constantly kept up to date with progress and all of our questions were answered promptly. In November 2017, we moved into our beautiful new home with our baby daughter. We have been nothing short of impressed as we now enjoy our home which was just a vision we held not long ago! Thank you to Focus homes for all of the time and effort you put in to making our dream home a reality! We highly recommend Focus homes for your next build!
