Very happy with my house , constructions started in September 2024 and finished in March 2025 as promised would take 6-8 months. Michael Willoughby (the Director) was very helpful, offered us very good deal, we built a double storey 4 beds, single garage and 2,5 bathrooms for under 400K. Stuart ( the Site Supervisor) was bit slow with communications but I guess he was very busy man but overall very satisfied. Deborah Apana at the office a very nice Lady from the day choosing colours Chris was very helpful communicated with me with the occupational certificate. Account and bookkeeper all the legal matters. Thanks DreamScope Homes, keep up the good work 👍

As first home owners and first-time builders, my partner & I were nervous for the process but Dreamscope Homes made the process easy and stress free. A massive special thanks to Stuart and Sandra for their support, patience, and guidance, we always felt confident and cared for. Their attention to detail & the knowledge they have is incredible. Communication was excellent & no question was too big or too small. We love our new home and highly recommend Dreamscope, and if we are ever lucky enough to build another house we will come back to them!

We just built our home with Dreamscope and we're thrilled with the result. What stood out was their willingness to accommodate changes and their competitive pricing. Our site manager, Stuart, was exceptional - communicative, flexible, and a 5-star performance in our books. As with every house build we did encounter some minor bumps along the way like communication which we think could be improved. We struggled with the architect's interpretation of our requests which didn't always align with what we were asking. This led to alot of back-and-forth, and it would be good if they could provide more guidance on standard room layouts. That being said, Dreamscope showed great patience and understanding as we made numerous changes. Deborah was also a delight to work with. But one area for improvement would be incorporating a color specialist or at least visual software to help with selection - I ended up choosing the wrong colour just struggling to visialise it. Despite the minor bumps, the process was smooth, and we'd definitely recommend Dreamscope to others. If we get another opportunity to build again and Stuart is on board, we would also use Dreamscope again. Thanks to the team, Pete Deborah and in particular Stuart for helping us create a beautiful home which we have received many compliments for.

As first home owners, our experience with Dreamscope homes was remarkable. There was a notable attention to detail and quality at every stage. Our interactions with Bernard and Deborah were wonderful, noting that they always returned calls, answered our questions and were incredibly accommodating. Stuart is an amazing build supervisor. We are fortunate that he was assigned to our property. His attention to detail, professionalism, resourcefulness, putting up with all our inquiries and having an amazing manner in dealing with clients serve him very well. The man deserves all the praise he gets! From start to finish, our experience with Dream Scope was without difficulty or incident. We are delighted with the final product and would highly recommend you guys!
