Shane and his team at Fameli Constructions did an incredible job on our bathroom and laundry renovation. Shane listened carefully to exactly what I wanted for our ensuite, main bathroom, new powder room and laundry and found perfectly practical solutions for all my ideas. The team worked around the clock to meet a tight schedule and were always respectful of our home and our neighbours. The result is four beautiful spaces that are exactly as I imagined - absolute perfection!

Shane and his team built my upstairs addition. To say his knowledge and experience was good would be a massive understatement. Not only did he help us with ideas that we were stuck on his quality and attention to detail is second to none. I would highly recommend him, and use him again for any of our building needs in the future.

We first contacted Shane and his team back in October 2021 after high recommendations from other sources. We were not fully sure on what we actually wanted to do and with minimal experience in the building field his expertise in providing information about how to even start our dream home renovations put us on track to succeed. His knowledge put us at ease and guided us from a small room transformation to works including new roof, kitchen, ensuite build as well as ensuring his team and trades completed immaculate finishing with tiles, paint and gyprocking. With Shane and his team they not only acted in the highest, most professional manner they were always strictly extremely careful with any works conducted, ensuring no issues arising from damage to the internal or external property. To recommend Fameli Constructions doesn’t give Shane justice. Ensuring that no one else will ever work on my house again…this is a no brainer. Thank you Shane and your team we now have a home we never dreamed could ever become a reality

It may be a little out of the ordinary to write a review before construction is complete, but at this stage of my house extension/ renovation in Katoomba,I couldn’t help but comment on the ease with which the build is progressing. This is all due to the professionalism, organisation and craftsmanship of Shane and his hardworking team.The quality and precision of the team’s work from the excavation, erection of the steel framework and carpentry is really impressive. Shane provides me with an organised agenda of the week’s proceedings. He is an excellent communicator and notifies me of any deviations to the agenda if they arise. Shane is very accommodating and willing to discuss the feasibility of design variations. He wants your job to be what you want. I look forward to the ongoing work now that the internal renovation is due to begin. This is one of those situations where you can immediately tell that someone loves their job!
