Building a house from the ground up…not for the faint-hearted indeed! But.. if you have the most efficient, hardworking, with open communication, truly accommodating and flexible builder… trust me you need to find one, your building experience will be so much better! And we found these with Panta Construction. We will be forever grateful for Sharan’s team. They went above and beyond to make our dream home a reality. They have demonstrated an unwavering dedication to our satisfaction, ensuring open communication at every step and alleviated our concerns and made the building process into a positive experience. They are very patient and answered all our questions in a timely manner (I think we have the most exchange of emails, chats, requests and amendments). We are very lucky indeed. The quality of work and the professionalism of the team were exceptional. We had encountered a factory defect in one of our showers after we moved in but was rectified immediately. The actions were impressive! One more positive highlight with this company is on how they make your request or adjustment a reality. If possible, Sharan and Sudip will make it happen for you.
