  We built our home with Trend Connection Homes this year, and the experience has been excellent. The construction speed was fast, and the build quality is top-notch. I want to specifically mention our Site Supervisor, Luke, who was amazing at resolving any onsite issues promptly. Also, a big thank you to Cindy in the office—she was always very responsive and quick with emails. The whole team made the process smooth. Highly recommended!

  I was really well supported throughout my first home build by the Trend Connection team. Our supervisor Luke was awesome at providing regular updates on the construction, and answering many of my questions during the walkthrough. Cindy was also great at helping me on a few variations and being really informative across all the certificates and processes we went though. Would definitely recommend the team!

  Building our new home in Austral with Trend Connection was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The process ran seamlessly, and we were especially impressed with our site supervisor, Luke. He kept us well-informed with weekly updates, addressed any variations from the original plan promptly, and ensured the build was completed ahead of schedule. Luke also went out of his way to support us in coordinating with our neighbors about sharing fencing costs, which made things much easier. We also had great support from the office team, particularly Cindy and Margie. Cindy was incredibly organised—she always had our paperwork ready early and made sure everything was accurate. She also helped us connect with other relevant team members whenever we had questions or needed to discuss details about the build. Their professionalism and responsiveness really made the entire journey stress-free and Enjoyable.

  As new home owners, we are so grateful to have chosen Trend Connection for our first build. Vivian did a fantastic job in handling our colour selections and upgrades. She was extremely helpful and we couldn’t be prouder of the choices we made. Both Luke and Allan have been amazing site managers. From start to finish, they were consistently prompt, proper and professional. We also deeply appreciated the frequently communicated updates of the construction, and being openly welcomed to experience stages of the build first-hand. A special shout out to our Customer Service Representative, Margie, who delightfully answered our millions of questions, took care of our concerns, and has been a pleasure to liaise with. The entire process of getting our first home has been transparent, well-paced and super-smooth. And the best part: we now have an outstanding quality, forever, two-storey home that exceeded our expectations. ready to start a family. Truly a 5-out-of-5 star experience.
