Absolutely thrilled with our new bathroom! We were in desparate need of a bathroom update of our 40 year old bathroom and Alvin and his team were incredible! We used Monarch for 2 bathrooms and a laundry and are happy with the result. Alvin is great, very easy to work with, very friendly, easy to communicate with and is very knowledgeable with the industry. He stuck to timeframes and the end result is great, our bathrooms look really good. All tradies that he used were also good, particularly the tilers.

I’ve recently had my bathrooms renovated and I’m very happy with the final result. The builder’s greatest strength was the quality of the tradespeople engaged—every part of the job including tiling, Electrical, gyprock, waterproofing and carpentry was carried out with high level of skill and professionalism. While the project did take longer than originally anticipated, which was a bit frustrating at times, the end result made it worthwhile. The pricing was fair and reasonable given the quality of workmanship, making the overall experience feel like good value for money.
