Provident Homes Building & Carpentry

Josh, Andrew & Joey did our extension. I found them to be polite, friendly & hard working. They were very meticulous in everything they did. They cleaned up after themselves everyday. Definitely will be using Josh & his team for any more projects i may need I highly recommend Provident Homes

I have now used Provident Homes Building for a variety of jobs both big and small. Josh is an excellent builder to work with, with great communication and a flexible attitude that makes planning each job very easy. We have had multiple projects completed including new drainage systems, studio rooms, replacing gutters and a large complex upper-storey deck. For the deck Josh helped at every step of the way with the council approval process and navigating the bushfire standards that can make these bigger projects difficult in the mountains area.

Josh and his team have completed several projects for us, including door and window installations as well as stair tread replacements. We couldn’t be happier with the results. Josh is professional, efficient, and takes great pride in his craft. Every detail is handled with care, and the quality of the work speaks for itself. Communication is always clear and prompt - and the team is respectful and tidy on site. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, top-quality building services.

I have used Joshua and his team for a couple of projects in our house in Blackheath and have nothing but praise. His team work fast, they're reliable, honest and deliver high quality work. Josh is an excellent communicator and an effective problem solver. This was especially important for us as we're renovating an old house which has thrown up lots of unexpected challenges. Josh and team would always clearly, and patiently present practical options, listing out pros and cons and expected cost impacts, and there were never any surprises. I would highly recommend Provident Homes any any residential building project large or small.

Josh and his team at Provident Homes are my “go to” people for work needed on my residence. From storm damage repairs to flashing repairs and redesign to remove roof water leaks, Provident have been dependable and very cost effective. They went out of their way to work with me from a scheduling perspective. I have no hesitation in recommending Provident Homes.
