Jakanda

First floor addition was completed exceptionally! The team worked in a time efficient manner and turned our visions into reality. Everyone we encountered was friendly and work oriented. We are truly grateful for the work they have done. Shane, Jack, Jake, Terry and all others were a pleasure to work with.

About 5 years ago, I had relocated a house onto a block of land in the Penrith area. We needed a number of things done to the house including a rear deck with cover. There was also a number of things on the house that needed repairing. Terry from Jakanda and his team did an amazing job on bring the house back to life. The attention to detail was second to none. Love Jakanda teams work with my home renovation in existing ground and the newly built first floor. Had a good start with Shane designing the project, followed by Terry coordinating commercials always quick and worked with us really well throughout the whole process. Matt and the boys were all very good. Adam (gyprock) the Nathan (paint) needs a special mention as well. Michelle great at back office coordination. Jack not just the site supervisor, 2nd in charge for Terry but also hands on and fully dedicated for our project until completion. Very approachable, great project manager as he worked out all tasks without any delay making the project complete much earlier than the due date. Can't leave without specifically mentioning Jack's magic specially with the TV unit and Bard door installation. Jack will surely reach great heights in Construction/Renovation and there is no doubt with that. BEST of LUCK JACK :-) Overall I am happy to give them more than a 5 star rating if there is one. Jakanda has been a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. My husband and i did alot of research before we began our build and once we met with Terry we knew straight away that Jakanda was the Building Company we wanted to go with. The time and effort put into each and every consultation was above and beyond every time until we reached a plan that we were comfortable with. During the Building stage everything went smoothly and if we had any questions Terry and his team were always easy to contact and very approachable and we couldn't be happier with our new house Jakanda really exceeded our expectations! We'd like to thank Jakanda for helping us create a home our family can grow into in the coming years. Terry, Jack, Matt and the rest of the crew were always very professional, responsive, and they really kept our needs in mind throughout each step of the build. Their attention to detail was great even in instances where we wouldn't even have thought about it (the folding laundry doors are working so well, the new piping to the water tank has collected lots of water from the recent rains etc etc). We absolutely love our recent first floor addition and downstairs renovations by Jakanda. The workmanship and professionalism Terry, Jack and the boys displayed from the planning and design stage to the completed build were exceptional. The communication provided by Jack was outstanding, we always knew what trades to expect and when. And the actual build time was phenomenal! We highly recommend Jakanda!!
