My husband rang this morning regarding getting a quote and after he finished his phone called he told me Alex was such a genuine, professional and friendly guy. Alex was honest and said that no point in getting him to check out a newly installed solar panels as they've only been about 1 year old and told us to save our money. Alex did say he'd be more than happy to give us help in getting batteries in the future. Overall this genuine interaction has us sold. We are definitely going to come back. Patiently went through PV options and best tech to pay for. Really in the weeds, which I asked for. They know their business. Now with battery, explained every step; benefits and costs. Am very glad to have their advice. Neat and clean installation, right on the ball communication and the data/advice to help me make the right choices. Do yourself a favour, stop looking. I spent months speaking to company after company, and eventually found AST, Alex (consultant, sales, after sales) and Michelle (admin, accounts). The difference is, Alex genuinely cares and this is evident not only in his pre sales ethics but also in after sales care. Let's face it, not everything always goes to plan with electronics. Rest assured if you need help, Alex won't let you down. I have purchased a 6kW system, and later a 10kW system from AST, no regrets, no bull, full support. I recently needed help dealing with my Fronius Symo 10 inverter and Alex went above and beyond as always. Result, new Fronius inverter on its way. Will I support them again, absolutely.
