This is the second time Adrian and Koel plus crew have installed solar panels for me. This time a got a double Tesla battery and a heat pump hot water. I cannot really praise the guys enough. From the plumber to the guys doing the heavy lifting. It was seamless. Now I can enjoy not using that grid power again

Jol from Urban Renewables recently set up a battery and solar systems for our recently renovated home. He was recommended by our builder and now I know why. I am very happy with the overall experience - starting from discussing various options (a steep learning curve for me) to post-installation support. Jol and his team were knowledgeable on all aspects of a solar and battery setup and the quality of the installation was very neat and done well ahead of us moving in. They never tried to nudge me towards any particular brand or setup and were very honest about the pros and cons of choices I made. I would highly recommend the Urban Renewables team.

After considering a number of installers to install 2 x 5P Enphase batteries, I chose Uban Renewables on the basis of their reputation particularly where Enphase products were concerned. They did not disappoint. On the day of the installation they turned up on time and fully prepared. They encountered a couple of challenges arising from previous installations of PVs (other companies), and were able to fix those problems and have the system up and running by the end of the day. The system has been running, fault free, for 10 days now and I'm happy to say it has exceeded my expectations.

I've had a couple of very bad experiences with incompetent and rude tradespeople doing work on my home recently, so spent the time to research and get a couple of quotes from companies that had very good reputations. I went with Urban Renewables after speaking with Adrian, and was extremely glad I did. His workers turned up on time, were friendly, professional and most importantly experts at what they did. I got up on the roof and looked at their work as well as checked on them a few times when they were doing some of the wiring. All of their work was neat, tidy and obviously performed by a crew (there were three of them) who took real pride in their workmanship. I spoke to them about this, and they said that they would rather take the time to get it right than do a poor job. I commented on the quality of the work to the independent inspector when he came and approved the installation. He said that Urban Renewables do excellent work, and that they were the company he would use if he was putting solar onto his roof. I thought that was a very high recommendation, as he inspects about 10 installations per day, which would expose him to a great number of solar companies in Melbourne. Thanks Adrian and the team at Urban Renewables, you made this a smooth enjoyable experience. :)

Adrian and Jol are true professionals. They made the entire process of installing our Solar panels effortless. Great communication from Adrian via emails in the lead up to the install. And on the day of install Jol was on time and did a great job. I highly recommend this business.
