Our overall experience with Puma was very positive. Their detailed quote was very comprehensive which included all projections of the proposed returns and expectations of the proposed system. We had a switch board up grade, new panels, inverter and a battery installed. Installation day went very well a team of 3 turned up on the day and were very efficient in setting about there tasks and worked methodically until the job was completed. Very impressive. The head electrician made sure the system was working correctly and checked all power in the house was correct after the switchboard up grade and explained any questions we had. Just wating now for commissioning but overall very happy with the job. Thank you to Puma and their team.

I had a large system installed by Puma Solar and they were terrific to deal with at all levels. Firstly to Nick that sold us the product, to the installers as they were carrying out the work and then to Joscelin in administration with any questions we had once the system was fully installed. They were only too willing and very pleasant to talk to, they answered all our questions almost immediately and even followed up in the end to ensure we were happy. I even had questions on the App, which I absolutely love, by the way, because it tells me exactly what my system is doing at any time. I have already referred them to a friend of mine that has also had a system installed with them and they are also extremely happy. I would have no hesitation in recommending Puma Solar to anyone that is looking to provide Solar to their house.

Great experience with Puma Solar. My place is a 2-storey house with a basement, so it was a pretty complex setup, but the team really listened and delivered exactly what I needed. Installation was smooth, and the after-sales support has been excellent – quick and responsive. Highly recommend!

The Puma Solar team recently doubled the size of my solar battery and installed an EV charger. They could have taken the easy way and run conduit around my garage wall, instead they devised a way of running cables through the ceiling and a cupboard, so the installation is super neat. It was a challenge, in fact they worked until 8pm to complete the job. They certainly are committed to the best outcome for the customer. Thanks to the Puma Solar wizards!
