I decided to go with Traeger Solar after a glowing recommendation from a close friend who had his solar panels installed 2 years prior. Aaron was a little difficult to get a hold of at first (he appears to be a very busy man) but when he eventually got back to me, he was incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. After he gave me an initial quote online, he asked to come by to have a look at my house. When he got here, he happily answered all of my queries and gave me a heads up on potential issues with installation (it's a 2-storey house). He was very informative and clearly very experienced with solar installations, so I agreed to go ahead and we set a date. It took Aaron and his crew two days to get the 15 panels and inverter installed, which was impressive because we were also interrupted at the end of day 1 by a storm, and there was a persistent drizzle on day 2. His crew were very polite and professional too - they took their shoes off before entering my house without me asking and made sure they cleaned up properly after they were done. I'm very happy with their workmanship - everything was installed neatly with conduits where needed and when they had to make a small hole in the ceiling above my fuse box to access the wiring, they patched it up neatly with a little hatch. They also made sure that any roof tiles that were accidentally broken got replaced. The only setback we had was a complication with connecting my SolarEdge account to my inverter, but Aaron resolved that very quickly too. Aaron also handled all of the paperwork behind the scenes, as well as arranging for the post-installation inspection. Between the initial quote and installation, I've had a lot of communication with Aaron via email too, and he's always answered my queries within a reasonable time frame. Overall I am very happy with the service and quality of workmanship from Traeger Solar and would happily go with them again if I had to.

Professional customer service and high quality solar equipment. Excellent communication and onsite liaison, efficient and prompt installation and maintained a safe worksite. Aaron is an expert on all aspects of the solar system and the functions and benefits available now and in the future. He knew what to do to have the system inspected and approved, and how to commission and activate the supply and account arrangements. Looking forward to the benefits and savings in the years ahead!
