Instead, he took the time to walk me through all the information clearly, answered every question honestly, and genuinely gave me the space to make an informed decision at my own pace. That alone made the whole experience feel comfortable, transparent, and trustworthy. When it came to installation, the team led by Dan was outstanding. The crew were professional, punctual, respectful of our home, and incredibly efficient. The quality of the workmanship was excellent. Overall, SunGroup delivered a smooth, stress-free experience with exceptional service from start to finish. Just had a 30.6khw Midea solar battery installed last week. Although I have not recieved a bill yet, I am very happy so far. John Bartzis from Sun Group Energy has been great to deal with. I was very apprehensive at the start as getting solar panels installed 2 years ago although, through a different company; had made no difference to my electricity bills. If anything, my bills had increased. I had also spoken and recieved quotes from 2 other companies beforehand to add a battery. Right from the start though, John made me feel comfortable and was thorough in his presentation. After his assurances, and presentation, despite not being the cheapest, I chose him. He has been fantastic and true to his word to date. The installers Brendan and Justin were also fantastic. They ensured I was totally happy, and my WiFi set up to it for monitoring before leaving which they did for me. The battery is installed in my garage with bollards to protect it and I like the aesthetics. Omar was another person I dealt with through John regarding the set up of installation. He too was great with assurances in contacting him after installation with any concerns I might have. Even the office staff. Its all been positive to date. The big difference in my electricity bills will be the biggest test. Overall though, I highly recommend John Bartzis He has been an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Don’t know how I came about buying from Sungroup in such a packed market but I very glad I did. Top quality panels and battery with 10yr warranty that would easily repay the costs plus another 100%. I’m an accountant and was very skeptical about the technology and it’s savings. The app is very user friendly and I find it interesting to view the flow between battery panels and grid on the load. Sales wasn’t a hard sell, the office people went above and beyond with late changes. Installer a nice guy. Money will spent highly recommend.
