The installation went smoothly, and the clean-up afterward was excellent and they even removed all the hard rubbish, which was a very pleasant surprise. After installation, the team took the time to walk me through the system with detailed explanations and helpful guidance. The network connection process was also handled efficiently, with the system connected in around 15 minutes. Overall, it was an easy and positive experience from beginning to end. Excellent service and installation by Anwesh and Sunny. I spent lot of time researching on battery installation, whether to DC or AC couple , number of additional panels as i have a 6.6 kw with sungrow inverter already. Anwesh was very helpful in assisting me and very happy with SOLAX new 5kw battery module and inverter with AC coupled with 40.8 total battery. SOLAX mobile app is very good with nice interface and makes monitoring very easy. Well done team!

Patel coordinated the installation process brilliantly, with great communication throughout. Even when there were delays with the batteries, the situation was handled and communicated exceptionally well, which I really appreciated.
