Ali and his team helped us to install our solar panels today, the whole process went smoothly, they have been working hard to get the the whole unit done in a day ( we have a larger unit with 36 panels). Can’t recommend Ali enough, finally a fair honestly tradesmen, was great to work with and explained everything to myself which I dont know much about solar. He even came out to show me how to operate the system after the job was done, don’t know anyone else with that sort of service. I would highly recommend Excel Safe for installing a domestic (micro-inverter) solar system. From the very start, I was made to feel part of the installation process and was asked for my preference including the location of the interface cabinet as well as the solar panel layout. Once this was agreed on, Ali and his team installed the system quickly & efficiently. Ali then highlighted various performance features available on the smart app. Conduits are tidy and uncluttered. All rubbish was removed (no zip tie or terminated wires were left lying around). In all, a very high-quality installation performed by professionals. Thanks Ali = )
