Environmental Energy Services are in my view the "go to'' team to engage once you've finally decided to make that leap into the world of Solar and a Home battery. Lincoln comes to your house and explains the entire process in a clear and easily digestible form. He analyses your current energy consumption and calculates the right sized panel, inverter and battery combination to produce you the best and most affordable solution. With me, he actually "down-sized" my expectations to a smaller battery setup, because it was the right size for my needs! Lincoln also provided lots of really useful information on home heating and cooling options for our future renovation, as well as home hot water options that work seamlessly with the home battery setup. Matt leads the installation team consisting of himself, Pat and their apprentice. From go to whoa, they were extremely courteous and respectful when working in your home. Professional and efficient throughout the installation and cleaned up all of the mess! A super clean install. All in all, I could not not be happier to recommend EES to you and your friends. Deal with absolute confidence!

I wanted to support local. Also, I wanted the ease of knowing there was help not far away if I ever had any had issues. EES showed excellent workmanship throughout the whole process. Responsiveness and support post-installation with setting up Amber Energy was so comforting. They were able to answer any questions I had regarding the system. Lincoln came over several times to help make me proficient in the Sygenergy battery control app and the Amber electricity trading app. The installers took their time to complete the installation and did not leave until everything had been completed to an excellent standard, neatly cleaned up and explained to me. Matt was so patient, going above and beyond by putting a special cover liking the gateway and the battery so that there were no exposed wires and all the other wiring on the job was hidden inside the house wall cavity. I could not be more impressed with the level of service offered by Lincoln in regard to my solar power installation and follow up. I do not think many organisation in that industry would do a follow up visit to ensure that I am maximising the use of the system. He even adjusted my hot water system to make sure it was charging predominately from the solar panels and not the battery. I could not recommend Lincoln highly enough and his knowledge and passion for his business is just brilliant. I think this level of service sets EES apart from many of the other suppliers. I have already recommended EES to friends and family. It is a big investment and am absolutely delighted with the outcome.

We couldn’t be happier. Beginning with a clear, detailed and very professional pre-installation service, EES worked with us to understand our specific needs and to solve complexities about our property. In particular EES are excellent at demystifying everything to do with solar/battery and energy tariffs. Next, the installation team were highly skilled and careful to listen to our preferences for various elements of the installation – they were also friendly and a pleasure to have around. Ending with an excellent after sales services making sure we understood our system and how best to use it. It all works perfectly and we would highly recommend EES.

Our solar & battery system was installed on time and the quality of installation was excellent. No short cuts and wiring well concealed. Kept informed of any delays or issues throughout the process. Follow up post installation has been very good. (Our previous providers at previous house were difficult to contact post installation and payment.) System is working well 4 months in!
