Future NRG Geelong

I used FutureNRG recently to put in a 7.6 kW solar system including a battery. The panels are Trina and the battery / inverter is Sigenergy. The quotation person Justin was excellent and transparent and visited site then provided the quotation which included payback period based on my previous usage. He recommend a solar plan with GloBird which ai am currently on and happy with. I was jaded over to the deliver manager Simon who facilitated the delivery install and connection to grid. They subcontract to another local company for the install. The install was done on a very rainy day and completed. There were a couple of issues with the install that was picked up by the independent inspector. He resolved one. The other two were resolved by a subsequent site visit from the installer. Overall very good and I would recommend using futureNRG.

Future NRG were able to provide clear explanations of the options available to us for a heat pump hot water system - both technical and financial. On the day installation was quick, tidy and professional. Future NRG weren’t the cheapest option, but they gave us confidence that they were the best choice and we are very happy with the results.

Great sales team, checking the job was right for the property, booking and performing the job in a timely fashion, billing and payment communications are all good. The only part that fell down was communication in passing on information from me to the tradespeople actually doing the job. I had specific requests to deliver the new hot water to the back of the property via the laneway, and also requests to perform some extra little jobs for the electrician and plumber, and the tradesmen and delivery driver were completely in the dark about all of that when they arrived, making parts of the job more difficult and take longer than they should have, had the information been properly conveyed. Also, while everything was properly connected, nothing was turned on, so the water to the tank was not running, and the system was switched off, leaving me to figure out how to actually get it all working and program the settings by myself. A demonstration/tutorial on the new equipment would have been good. Luckily the user manual is accurate.

I have used these guys twice, first time was for a solar system on my roof and then 3 years later to install a battery. They are a very professional outfit and both these operations went without a hitch. Any after sales questions are answered with a simple phone call. Prompt, reliable and professional if you are thinking of doing anything solar definitely give them a call I guarantee you will not be disappointed. I am in Elmore VIC. and used the Echuca branch.

Great at organizing the job to be done. Apricus hotwater system, and Mitsubishi Electric Split Ducted Reverse Aircon. Company is lovely to talk to. Followed up on some remediation work for the jobs when contacted. Assumes all work has been taken care of by contractor. Assumes customer is happy with rectification work.

I have really enjoyed working with the team from Future NRG Geelong. From the first contact, Simon was onboard and keen to offer solutions over multiple site-visits. Mel was right there finding answers to all of my questions, and assisting with things in the background, and Neil delivered a team of Solar technicians and a fantastic solar system to our heritage listed site. The team are extremely approachable, responsive, patient with questions, efficient, friendly and helpful. It was a seamless process, and myself and the business are extremely satisfied with the results. Huge thanks also to the lovely electricians who did the work, and the crane crews who got everything up there. Great teamwork, and extra points for changing a little old lady’s tyre on site at the cemetery with your own tools, in your lunch break. That was super kind. Thank you FutureNRG and subbies. 🙏🏻
