Go Solar Go Green - Geelong

I had a wonderful experience with Go Solar Go Green, I had a battery system installed ,they been very professional from sales to installation. They answered all my questions about the system, rebates and monitoring app. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking to install solar and battery system.

The process went very smoothly from the initial discussion, assistance with the Government grants, to the installation all carried out in 3 weeks. Customer service was 10 / 10. Went through Viral in Geelong and communication was clear, responsive and insightful. On the day of installation the crew turned up at 730am as planned and worked like clockwork until the install was complete at 4pm. They were highly professional and gave me some great tips in how to manage our consumption to ensure we derived the maximum benefit from our new solar system. The worksite was left spotless and as a result of the whole experience we would 100% recommend GoSolarGoGreen to everyone.

Once I got through the government sign up process things went through smoothly from thereafter. I was able to deal with 2 very professional people being Viral (company Director), and Nansen, finance application process. I found Go Solar to be extremely pleasant, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. Nothing ever seemed to hard and I tell you what it is a different customer experience I’m used to in this new age and by that I mean Viral and Nandan actually answer their phones 9 times out of 10 and if busy they are never far away at getting back to you. The installation team pretty sure 6 men in total came out and all did their own thing. We were up and running within 4 hours of their arrival (oh and they arrived on-time). The GSGG team were fantastic to deal with from the get go Nandan and Raj provided suggestions based on their expert knowledge and designed a system which best suited both my requirements and my roof space. Within 3 weeks of initial engagement I had my panels fitted by their installation team at Sulex Electrics who did an amazing job. Alex led the installation with his team and made sure the job was done right and not rushed. They worked through some ordinary weather as well as some structural challenges and came through with a great solution. I'm very happy with the results. The team were easy to deal with, responsive, professional and efficient. I highly recommend GSGG.

GSGG were great to deal with - Nandan and Raj took the time to explain things well and clearly and always kept us up to date with the process. The installation was professional and quick and we’re now up and running with our new solar panels! We’re very happy to be doing our bit to try and reduce our family’s carbon footprint.
