As an accredited CEC member with over a decade in green energy, he came to our home, walked us through the entire process, and answered all our questions with patience and clarity. His personal involvement throughout the project gave us complete confidence. The installation itself was exceptional. TFA Solar sent three specialized teams - one for solar panel maintenance, another for hardware installation, and a third for system commissioning. What truly stood out was their genuine teamwork and professionalism. Each stage was executed flawlessly, from the battery installation to the cleaning of our existing solar panels and even the installation of the protective awning above the battery. The project was completed on time as agreed, and the quality of workmanship was perfect in every detail. Our Sigen battery is performing beautifully and integrates seamlessly with our solar panel setup. After extensive research, I found TFA Solar's pricing very competitive, and the value has been outstanding. Our solar system stopped working. Our neighbour recommended TFA. We are so glad that they did. TFA have been excellent to deal with. Great service and excellent communication. I have had a solar install from TFA and a battery install this past year. Their service has been excellent: prompt answers to my questions, easy detailed quotes, and a fast, capable and friendly installer crew. The solar and battery installs are operating very well. Kudos to the installers for the battery who patiently worked through our internet connectivity issues at the end of the setup! I would definitely recommend TFA for solar or batteries.
